Many tourism professionals were impacted in the wake of COVID-19. Our founder Damaris Messina saw that her new company could help to provide her hospitality colleagues with an additional stream of revenue as co-hosts to each virtual gathering.

Meet Our Founder
Damaris Messina is a passionate hospitality professional, a sales champion and an avid networker with over 15 years in hotel sales for major brands such as Hilton, Marriott International and The Ritz-Carlton. She holds a bachelors degree and MBA from Johnson & Wales University studying International Hospitality & Tourism. Her magnetic personality and ability to make lasting connections have allowed her to build a network of industry experts over the years.
Like many tourism professionals, Damaris was impacted by the industry’s economic crisis in the wake of COVID-19. Yet she saw an opportunity to use her hospitality expertise and vast network of industry professionals to build YAY Concierge, a business that helps people connect virtually for fun experiences together.
Damaris’s desire to travel well has motivated her to create indigineous personal experiences around the globe. Her travels allow her to reimagine how customers, individuals and corporations, can enjoy bespoke virtual gatherings from the comforts of their homes. Her pursuit of excellence is embedded into the dna and fine-details of YAY Concierge.
