How does YAY Concierge work?

We connect you with industry experts to create a sophisticated and delightful virtual experience. Click the “Book Experience” button on the information page for your favorite experience and complete the experience form. Once your request has been received, we will reach out within 24. hours. Next, we will curate your experience, which includes matching you with your industry expert and coordinating delivery of the products.

How far in advance should I request my experience?

We request a minimum of 15 days to match you with your industry expert and allow us time to coordinate delivery of the items needed for the virtual gathering.

How will I secure my materials?

Once your virtual gathering has been curated, we will coordinate the order of the items needed and arrange for delivery to each household prior to the experience. We strive on providing a seamless experience for all to enjoy.

What experience should I select?

Consider us your virtual concierge ready to curate a bespoke experience for you and your guests. We have thoughtfully curated a variety of virtual experiences, from virtual tastings to charcuterie board design. If you have an idea that is not displayed on our website, allow us to bring it to life. Complete the custom request form, accessible at the bottom of the experiences page.

What is the cost?

Price is set according to the type of virtual experience you seek. Experiences are priced per person and are curated specifically for the occasion.
